Hello, my name is Dani. I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner.
I work primarily with adults, and I am passionate about serving mothers who are burnt out, stressed, and may be experiencing complex or chronic trauma.
I work with my clients to explore holistic, mind-body approaches to help them regain their overall wellness.
I frequently utilize mindfulness techniques like deep breathing exercises, yoga, and guided meditation. I often implement somatic exercises, EFT tapping, and more. In addition, I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
