Hello, my name is Dani. I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner. I’m here to support your journey to wellness and empowerment. I work primarily with adults, and I am passionate about serving mothers, first responders, members of the military and their families, and complex trauma. I also enjoy working with clients who are interested in exploring holistic, mind-body approaches. I have specific training and experience working with children and families impacted by sexual abuse. I have also worked with individuals with a variety of presentations, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship issues, grief and loss, domestic violence, separation from family (such as foster placement), and substance use. I frequently utilize mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing exercises, yoga, and guided meditation.
